Meet the Founders

Stacey Callaghan LM, CPM, CD

Stacey Callaghan graduated from college in 1995 with a Bachelors in Women and Newborn Health, Midwifery, and Herbalism while pregnant with her first baby, Harmony.  Stacey continued to build a deeper education and experience as a home birth, birth center, and hospital Doula as well as home birth assistant, birth tub rentor, and nursing mother. 

When her son, Cedar, was born Stacey added Childbirth Educator, Lactation Specialist, Sibling Preparation, and Postpartum Doula, while continuing a 20-year midwifery apprenticeship.  When her oldest began heading to college and her youngest entered middle school Stacey knew it was time to take the next step of her  journey and graduated from The National College of Midwifery becoming a Licensed Midwife and Certified Professional Midwife.

Diksha Berebitsky CD, BRM PRo

Diksha was born and raised in Germany. She has lived in the U.S since 2001 and in 2006, she relocated with her family from Colorado to Olympia, WA. During her own pregnancies, she was thankful for the wise presence of a birth doula as she prepared for her own birth experiences. After the birth of her two children she discovered her true calling as a birth professional.

Diksha has been a doula in the birthing community since 2008. She is a triple certified Birth Doula, State Certified Doula Trainer, Professional Birth Photographer, Infant Massage Instructor, Body Ready Method Pro and Body Ready Birth Teacher, Lactation and Breastfeeding Educator, Childbirth Educator, and Placenta Specialist. Diksha also loves crafting herbal postpartum products for mothers and babies.
