Meet the Founders

Stacey Callaghan graduated from college in 1995 with a Bachelors in Women and Newborn Health, Midwifery, and Herbalism while pregnant with her first baby, Harmony.  Stacey continued to build a deeper education and experience as a home birth, birth center, and hospital Doula as well as home birth assistant, birth tub rentor, and nursing mother.  When her son, Cedar, was born Stacey added Childbirth Educator, Lactation Specialist, Sibling Preparation, and Postpartum Doula, while continuing a 20-year midwifery apprenticeship.  When her oldest began heading to college and her youngest entered middle school Stacey knew it was time to take the next step of her  journey and graduated from The National College of Midwifery becoming a Licensed Midwife and Certified Professional Midwife.
